The social sharing metadata content used by services like Facebook can be individually set for each page and post. You may override the default description and image when editing any page or post by expanding the Meta Boxes section at the bottom of the editor and filling in the Social Share Image and Social Share Description fields. At the time of development in 2026, for optimal display on Facebook, it is recommend that images be sized to 1200x630px at 72dpi and descriptions be 200 characters or less.
